chateau carman is the name of my home and groves in koycegiz, Turkey, this is home to 2500 olive and citrus trees

this is where i produce my excellent chateau carman Turkish extra virgin olive oil, much richer in flavor, with a nutty taste to it

this oil is produced from domat olives, which grow to the size of a small walnut, and are picked in october / november when still green turning purple

i take these to the press within 24 hours of picking, these olives although big only produce 1 liter to every 10 kgs, compared to my cyprus olives which produce 1 liter to every 4 kgs of olives

at chateau carman i produce a quality Turkish single estate extra virgin oil, freshly infused with  lemons picked on the day from my groves.The fresh aroma and taste that it gives is incredible

recomended dishes is fish, salad, chicken, lamb
